  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

DreamDry™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
